Here I have a chart that shows month wise damage of equipment and data flows as follows -

Level -1
Dimension - Month
Measure - Damage count
Level -2
Dimension - Division
Measure - Damage count
Level -3
Dimension - Department
Measure - Damage count
Level -4
Dimension - Equipment
Measure - Damage count

Data Source - S4 HANA [ Calculation view ]

Canvas -
The above picture shows the canvas of design studio. I have only one chart component (column chart, Chart_1) and only one data source(DS_2) added. The chart component is loaded with the data source.
Initial view of the DS_2 -
In the initial view of DS_2 I have selected only one dimension and only one measure. The dimension is month because I need my chart to show the month wise damage count in the initial stage. Afterward I can drill down.
Drill Down -
So this is the coding for drilling down to the deepest level of the dimension. Once I select any month from the chart it takes me to the second(dimension) level and so on.
Here I have two global scrip functions.
1. ClearDataSourceFilter
1. ClearDataSourceFilter
2. getSelectionData
Hi, i follow ur step to create drill down function but i got an error on drilling down coding for "Level" it said = "Couldn't resolve reference to Variable "Level"
